Download package of hypoplasticity (sand and clay) for GeoSlope SIGMA/W
Description: Download package of hypoplasticity (sand and clay models) for GeoSlope SIGMA/W finite element code. Contains AddIns for sand and clay hypoplasticity which are based on the existing umat implementations. The files come along with the source code, experienced users thus can use it as a basis for programming GeoSlope AddIn interface to other umats.
Note that the clay model in older 2005 version - to be updated to current 2014 version.
Authors: David Mašín based on umats of sand and clay hypoplastic models. The implementation was kindly supported by SG Geotechnika a.s. (formely Arcadis Geotechnika a.s.), who kindly agreed to release it to SoilModels users.

Clay hypoplasticity is an advanced incrementally non-linear constitutive model based on critical state soil mechanics developed specifically for simulation of fine-grained materials.
Sand hypoplastic model is an advanced incrementally non-linear constitutive model for sand, an outcome of an extensive research at Karlsruhe University in 1990's.
SIGMA/W is a powerful finite element software product for modeling stress and deformation in earth and structural materials. SIGMA/W analyses may range from simple linear elastic simulations to soil-structure interaction problems with nonlinear material models.
