I have the license, but can’t login as it is a server license. In order to access this model, i need the .dll file. Can anyone help me with this.

And since the latest versions, starting PLAXIS CE V20 (Jan 2020) the User Defined Soil models that are developed by, or in cooperation with, the PLAXIS team, are delivered with the installation.
You would need to use an updated version, as the interaction with the main PLAXIS calculation kernel requires a recent version.
