UMAT for strain-rate effects

Dear community,

I’m interested in constitutive models that can handle strain-rate effects for HSR on sands for simulating free fall penetration. I would appreciate any help.

Do you know any literature about this?. Moreover, if you have a UMAT for it, that will be great!!.
